Glenwood Research is a Maine-based research and program evaluation company working principally with non-profit organizations developing grant funded programming, and providing assistance with the development of tools and methods client organizations use to assess the effectiveness of their services, identify service gaps and opportunities, and recommend changes to policy and procedures for improved outcomes. Glenwood's Proprietor is Peter Gartland MPA. Peter brings over seventeen years of experience to meeting client needs and objectives.
